Delicious pies, unfortunately consistent poor customer service regarding delivery and communication of delays….always seems to be an excuse. Never any offer of compensation for well overdue orders. Just keep customers informed so they don’t have to be writing to you to ask about when will they arrive? Keep people informed so they can make plans. Be straight up! Keep making tasty pies. The Arvo and Chook are our favourites👍
